Lisa has been a real estate Director of Sales and Marketing, selling in residential resort developments throughout the Caribbean islands, including Viceroy Sugar Beach in St Lucia, where she first met Paul Weimer. 

 

With over 15 years of experience as a broker in Anguilla, Lisa has built a reputation for integrity and professionalism. Whether guiding first-time buyers, seasoned investors, or international clients relocating to the region, Lisa offers expert advice and a smooth, stress-free experience from initial consultation to closing. Lisa is well-versed in the unique aspects of Anguillian property ownership, including legal frameworks, foreign investment processes, and off-market opportunities with a strong network of attorneys, developers, and financial professionals to ensure every transaction is handled with precision and care.

 

Lisa is the exclusive broker for Tranquility Beach, developed by Neil Freeman, where she has sold 14 of 15 condos. She has also sold commercial and residential land as well as private homes, including Neil’s Beaches Edge Villa. She has also bought and developed her own family home on the island.
